Released posthumously, Abloh’s work seamlessly connected the decades of prominence of Nike’s famed sneaker. The Louis Vuitton x Air Force 1 Mid ‘Triple White’ represents one of nine bespoke AF1 styles that were made available in July 2022 through the French luxury brand’s online store. Conceived by Virgil Abloh and assembled in the fashion house’s atelier in Fiesso d’Artico, Italy, the sneaker fuses Bruce Kilgore’s original design with premium materials borrowed from Louis Vuitton’s men’s lines.
