The left shoe is designed in University Red while the right shoe is designed in Game Royal. More specifically, the left shoe features a red mesh construction with a tonal leather midfoot. The right shoe features a blue construction with a tonal leather midfoot.

Memphis Grizzlies Guard Ja Morant drew inspiration from his early years playing basketball in South Carolina on his signature Day One sneaker. The Nike Ja 1 Day One is constructed using Cobalt Bliss leather and mesh uppers that sit on top of Citron midsoles.
