Some apps are designed only for iPhone/iPod and others are for iPad as well. The apps designed for all devices are called Universal apps. It is very easy to distinguish both, by looking for a “plus” sign next to the app icon on the app store. If the plus is present it means you can use the app on all devices. You can still use apps that were developed for the iPhone/iPod on the iPad, they just do not look as goo. Watch this video to learn how iPhone apps perform on the iPad. After I shot this video, I played with other apps and I saw that not every app performs as good as “Smarty Ears’apps” on the iPad. It all depends on the quality of the images on the app. How about you, do you wanna share your experience with us? e-mail me!
